Ruth Naomi Lewis, 91, of Overland Park, KS died Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at Delmar Gardens of Lenexa, Lenexa, KS. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 23, at the Antioch Church of the Nazarene, 7600 Antioch Rd., Overland Park, KS 66212. Visitation will be Saturday, 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the church. Burial in Johnson County Memorial Gardens, Overland Park, KS. Memorial contributions may be made to the Antioch Church of the Nazarene.
Mrs. Lewis was born March 26, 1916 in Oil City, Pennsylvania. Her husband was a minister in the Church of the Nazarene for 56 years. They pastored churches in New York, Pennsylvania and Kansas. They were also missionaries to Swaziland, South Africa and the Bahamas. Survivors include daughter, Linda Lewis of Overland Park, KS and sister, Dorcas Elrod of Hudson, FL.
