Rose Stanley

Rose Marie (Banister) Stanley, 83, of Overland Park died July 6. Visitation 1:00 p.m. and Memorial Service 2:00 p.m. at Rolling Hills Presbyterian Church, Friday July 9. Cremation. Rose Marie was born in Stet, MO., August 22, 1926 to Jeff and Lela Banister. She graduated from Stet High School, spending most of her adult life in the Kansas City area. She was a long time member of Rolling Hills Presbyterian Church. Rose married Howard Stanley in November, 1949, enjoying 54 years together until his death in 2003. She is survived by her three children, Jeff Stanley, Theresa Greusel, and Galen Stanley and eight grandchildren.
