Richard C. Fitzwater, 81, of Osage Beach, MO, passed away on October 22, 2013.
Richard was born on September 6, 1932 in Kansas City, KS to Clarence and Georgia Fitzwater.
Survivors include his three children, Richard S. Fitzwater of Olathe, Brad Fitzwater of Austin, TX, and Nicci Netter and her husband, David, of Olathe, five grandchildren, Dennis, Shannon, Tyler, Cameron, and Lauren, and two great-grandchildren, Lily and Ariyah, three sisters, Marilee, Joyce, and Katherine, and several nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his sister, Jeanette, and his parents.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October, 25th, 6:30-7:30 PM, with a Memorial Service to follow at 7:30 PM, at the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, Fireside Chapel, 13720 Roe Ave. Leawood, KS.
