PRISCILLA LINDSEY MCGILL
Priscilla Lindsey McGill, beloved wife and mother, left on June 27, 2011 to join her husband of 53 years, Charles, who pre-deceased her.
Pris has lived in Kansas City since 1941 and graduated in 1947 from Southwest High School. She worked as a secretary at Rockhurst College and then later at International Paper, shortly before retiring.
She leaves many friends, family and good bridge hands. Among the family are her daughter Madeline; her grandchildren Justin, Jessica and husband John; great-grandchildren Elias, Lena, Annaliese; twin sister Prudence and husband Ross Scott of Oklahoma; sisters Paula Rinehart of Kansas City and Phyllis Bayer of Alabama; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at 1:00p.m. on Friday, July 1, 2011 followed by a memorial service at 2:00p.m all at Country Club Christian Church, 6101 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO 64113. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to Kansas City Hospice or the Stephens Ministry at County Club Christian Church in Kansas City, MO.
