Phyllis Schwend

Phyllis Ann Schwend, 87, of Overland Park, KS, passed away March 4, 2010 at Manor Care Center. Graveside services will be held at Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. Mrs. Schwend was born October 11, 1922 in Minneapolis, MN. She worked for American Legion before marrying Harold Schwend with whom she raised a son and daughter who are now both deceased. She was a devoted mother and wife whose main interest was her family. She will be sorely missed by her husband, Harold, and son-in-law, Steve. She was preceded in death by her children.
