Paul A. Mickelsen, 84, of Merriam, KS passed away Monday, April 9, 2007 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, April 13th at D.W. Newcomer?s Sons Overland Park Chapel, 8201 Metcalf. Burial in Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens, Shawnee, KS with Full Military Honors. Visitation will be 1:30-2:00 P.M. Friday at the chapel prior to the service.
Paul was born June 20, 1922 in Northfield, MN. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Mickelsen; his brother, George Mickelsen; and his sister, Lois Johnson. Survivors include his daughters, Pamela Armon and Paula Constable; his son, Paul Mickelsen, Jr.; his brother, Ross Mickelsen; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
