Pamela Lois (Mickelsen) Armon, 70, Merriam, KS, passed away June 21, 2015 at Shawnee Gardens. Graveside services will be 10 a.m., July 18 at Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens, 75th and K-7 Hwy, Shawnee, KS. A Celebration of her life will follow the Graveside Service at Shawnee American Legion. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Grace Hospice.
Pamela was born July 1, 1944 in Northfield, MN, to parents, Paul A. and Edna Mickelsen. Her father was a retired Air Force Major. She graduated high school on a military base in Japan. She was a certified court reporter until her illness in January 1991. Her hobbies included cross stitching, needlepoint, and traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include: John Armon, husband; son, Scotty Armon; Paul A. Mickelsen, Jr., brother; Paula Constable, sister; Ross Mickelsen, uncle; Ricky Constable, nephew; and Shanna Constable, niece.
