Nola Sell

November 10, 1934 — November 13, 2011

Nola F. Sell of Overland Park, KS went to be with her Lord peacefully Sunday morning, November 13, 2011. She is survived by her only daughter, Kelly Templeman and her husband, Jon of Overland Park, KS, her pride and joy grandchildren, Brock Christian Templeman and Carly Rae Templeman also of Overland Park, KS. Other survivors include her brother, Harold James and wife Susan of Warsaw, MO; and sisters, Donna Craig and husband Phil of Tucson, AZ, twins: Linda Burton and husband Jim of Lee's Summit, MO, and Glenda Chiles and husband Kenneth Moore, Jr. of Columbia, MO; as well as a dear sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Lois and Clark Lewis, Jr. of Clinton, MO; along with many special nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
Nola was the oldest child of Glen and Agnes James, born to them November 10, 1934 in Lowry City, MO. She was preceded in death by her husband, E. Ray Sell, and both parents.
Nola was a charter member of the Johnson County Christian Church in Overland Park, KS currently known as Legacy Christian Church where she actively served the Lord for many years. Also during her life Nola worked outside of the home in various clerical and bookkeeping positions.
Nola, "Mo", was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all who knew her. Her strong spirit and strength will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, November 18, 2011 at the Legacy Christian Church with a visitation prior from 9-10 a.m., 10150 Antioch Rd, Overland Park, KS. Burial will be 3 p.m. Friday at the Tebo Cemetery in Leesville, MO.
