Mary Patricia (Pat) Perrin passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Kansas City Hospice House, Kansas City, MO, after a brief illness.
Born Mary Patricia Steenrod on August 19, 1925, Pat was a graduate of Redemptorist High School. She met her future husband, Edward Perrin, a decorated veteran of World War II, when both were employed by Katz Drug Company after the war. They were married 46 years.
Pat loved to bowl, read, and travel, especially to the beach. The beaches in Destin, Florida, and the Outer Banks of North Carolina were her favorites.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Cecelia O'Connor Steenrod, her husband, Edward Perrin, and son, Charles E. Perrin. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy M. Perrin, of Overland Park, KS.
A memorial mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, November 2, 2012 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 11300 W. 103rd Street, Overland Park, KS.
