John C. Yeh, 85, of Kansas City, MO passed away on Monday, March 24, 2008 after a short illness. John was born in Shanghai, China, one of four children. He came to America in the 1940?s and studied at New York University where he earned his two Masters degrees; one in Accounting and one in Business Administration. His polite and respectful demeanors were trademarks that always made everyone feel welcomed. He was deeply loved and will be forever missed.
He is survived by eight nephews, Walter Y?, Richard Y?, John Y?, Gilbert Y?, George Y?, William Y?, Joseph Y?, Daniel Chung; two nieces, Ann Y?-McArthur and Marietta Wu; three great nephews and three great nieces; his sister and her husband, Jane and Roy Wu; and his sister-in-law, Sarah A. Y? of Mission Hills, KS.
A visitation will be held from 4-6:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 27th at D.W. Newcomer?s Sons Overland Park Chapel, 8201 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 28th at the Overland Park Chapel. Burial in Corinth Cemetery, Prairie Village, KS.
