Joan D Omang, 82, of Overland Park Kansas passed away January 13, 2011 at Kansas City Hospice House. Funeral services will be held in Grand Forks North Dakota, at Memorial Park Cemetary, 1003 N 23rd St. Date to be determined.
Joan was born in Nottingham England on February 16, 1928. She moved to the United States in March of 1954 to marry Brent Omang on March 12, 1954. She became a United States citizen in 1989. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years Brent Omang. She is survived by her son and daughter, Jeffrey and Kimberly, and their families.
