Jessica M. Noel, (90), left this life very peacefully at home Tuesday July 19, 2011. Jessica was born on May 7, 1921 in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Jesse Williams and Emma (Zimmerman) Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents; her older brother Ralph Williams, and her loving husband Lawrence E. Noel (of Kansas City, MO). She is survived by her son Richard W. Neville (of Chicago, IL); her daughter Kathleen A. Neville; two grandsons, Robert L. Neville, Richard P. Neville; and loving companion Dutchess (all from Merriam, Kansas). Jessica greatly enjoyed her family and friends, and made this world a brighter and better place to live. She was also a wonderful and loving friend to animals. Jessica first volunteered, and then worked for many years in the Emergency Room at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. A memorial service will be held July 25, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. at the Church of the Nazarene, 7600 Antioch Road, Overland Park, Kansas 66204; followed by a reception with her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Jessica’s memory to the Antioch Church of the Nazarene or the Heartland SPCA in Merriam, Kansas.
