Jack Bell, age 87, of Olathe, KS, formerly of Fairway and Baldwin, KS passed away on July 31st, 2007. Private burial will be in the Leavenworth National Cemetery.
Jack graduated from Wellsville High School in 1937. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1941 and retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1964. He then established Bell?s Advertising Service until 1995. He had been an active member in the Ararat Shrine (Drum & Bugle Corp) of KC, MO, the Abdullah Shrine of KC, KS and the Elks Lodge in Overland Park, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Minnie Bell, two brothers, John and Jim Bell, his wife L?Cena Nagle Bell, and his daughter, Eleanor Bell McKinley. Survivors include his grandchildren, Paul Braton and his wife, Janet, Lisa (Braton) Johnson and her husband, Deric, Chad Braton and his wife, Mary. Also surviving are nine Great Grandchildren: Jennifer, Stephanie, Eugene, Ryan, Jeremy, Rachel, Kendall, Cliff and Clint.
