Jack Adair

March 9, 1938 — February 3, 2008

Jack Adair died Sunday, February 3, 2008 at Overland Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness. A graduate of Washington High School and the University of Missouri at Kansas City, he spent most of his life in the Kansas City area. Jack was a consummate vocalist who nurtured and encouraged his talented friends to pursue their musical dreams. He treasured the many years he lived at Lake Quivira, where he enjoyed golfing and boating with his friends and family. He will be remembered by all who knew him as a kind and gentle man.

Jack is survived by his wife, Lynn, his daughters and son-in-laws Beth and Tom Hall and Allison and Rick Merritt and his grandchildren Emory Hall, Corey Hall, and Jack Merritt. He is also survived by his dedicated canine caregiver, Maddy.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made in Jack?s memory to the National Parkinson Foundation, Inc., Office of Development, 1501 NW 9th Avenue/Bob Hope Road, Miami, Florida 33136-1494.
