Eleanor Oldenburg

Eleanor G. Oldenburg, age 96, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away Saturday November 10, 2007 at Village Shalom Care Center. Graveside services will be held 1:30 PM Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at Linwood Park Cemetery, Boone, Iowa. Memorial Contributions may be made to Kansas City Hospice, 9221 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO 64114. Eleanor was born to William L. Meyers and Ethel Modeland on June 22, 1911. She Married Fred J. Oldenburg in 1937 he preceded her in death in April 1980. She was preceded in death by her sister, Marcella Whalen. Survivors include her niece, Beverly Whalen Dann of New York, New York.
