Cornelia C. Carver, 81, of Prairie Village, KS, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2009. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Overland Park Chapel, 8201 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Kansas City, KS. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M. on Monday, June 15th at the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
Cornelia was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Carver. Survivors include a daughter, Jacqueline and her husband David Robb; a son, Ricky and his wife Gwendolyn Carver; a sister, Grace; 7 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
