Clifford Eisele

June 17, 1913 — March 11, 2014

Clifford E. Eisele, 100, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Lakeview Village in Lenexa.

He was born on June 14, 1913 in Eudora, KS, to Alfred and Emma Eisele. He attended schools in Eudora, and the University of Kansas.

He married Lois Cramer on January 1, 1938. They made their home in the Kansas City area.

He was a member of the Lenexa United Methodist Church and Overland Park Masonic Lodge #436.

He retired in 1978 with 27 years service at Procter and Gamble Company as a Technical Draftsman.

Clifford was a co-founder of the Retread Band at Lakeview Village in Lenexa.

He is preceded in death by his wife Lois Eisele, his parents, two brothers and son-in-law.

He is survived by his daughter Virgene Gromer of Shawnee, KS; two grandchildren, David (Shelley) Gromer of Pittsburg, KS, and Jill (Duane) Walton of Shawnee, KS; four great grandchildren, Dylan and Dalton Gromer and Cody and Caitlin Walton.

Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2014 at Silent City Cemetery, 34500 W. 87th St, DeSoto, KS.

The family suggests memorials to Compassionate Care Hospice, 10200 W. 75th St., Suite 100, Shawnee Mission, KS 66204.
