Charles "Chuck" Samuel Jr.

Charles F. Samuel of Overland Park, KS passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018 surrounded by his family and friends. Chuck was the loving father of Cathryn Hamilton and son in-law Shane and son Lee Samuel and daughter in-law Michele; dear grandfather of Gage, Staci, Angelica, Samantha, CJ and Leeland; cherished great-grandfather of Alexandria, Jeremy, Karsen, Allison and Thallia. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles F. and Naomi Samuel and his grandson Samuel Caine Hamilton.

Chuck was employed with Missouri Valley Arms Collectors Association as a Show Promotor for 40 years. He was a Kansas City Chiefs and Royals fan and was also an avid history and military enthusiast, especially Kansas City history. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

The family is being served by Overland Park Chapel, 8201 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, KS 66204 where visitation will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm. Interment in Forest Hill Cemetery. Please visit overlandparkchapel.com.
