Charles Ralph Snodgrass, 75, of Overland Park, KS died Thursday November 29, 2007 at home. Charles was born November 14, 1932 in Council Grove, KS to Nona and Lewis Snodgrass. He married in March of 1969 and has a son, Aaron of Kansas City.
He worked in construction and was self-employed for many years in home improvement. He retired in 2005.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Fayetta, Geraldine; brothers, Robert of Florida and Leo of Oregon. He is survived by four sisters, Hazel Treanor of St. Louis, Arletta Croghan of Boring, OR, Mary Snodgrass, and Opal Ocobock of Loveland, CO; brother Bill Snodgrass of Greensboro, NC; two nephews, Mike Treanor, Lawrence, KS and Bob Treanor, Lecompton, KS. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3846 W. 75th St., Prairie Village, KS 66208.
Memorial services will be 3:00 PM, December 8, at D.W. Newcomer?s Sons Overland Park Chapel, 8201 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS. Cremation. Inurnment, scheduled for a later date, in Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kansas.
