Chad Martin Cossairt, 32, of Overland Park, KS passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Visitation will be 5-7:00 P.M., Friday, April 6, 2007 at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Overland Park Chapel, 8201 Metcalf with Memorial Service to follow at 7:00 P.M., Friday. Private inurnment in Johnson County Memorial Gardens at a later date. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Solace House.
Chad was born December 7, 1974 in Merriam, KS. He was currently attending Cosmetology School. Chad was a fun, outgoing, loving person who loved spending time with family and friends. He was an all around sports fanatic and enjoyed music very much. Chad cherished his kids, Caleb and MacKenzie, dearly and tried his best to be a great father. He knew Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. He was preceded in death by his father, Carlton Cossairt, and paternal grandparents, Lon and Lois Cossairt, and maternal grandparents Reginald Sr. and Ruth Sipes. Chad is survived by his parents Daryl and Kathy Miller, his son Caleb Cossairt, stepdaughter MacKenzie Cooney, 7 brothers and sisters: Mark Cossairt, Jim and Tonya Cossairt, George and Marty Weaver, Linda and Dary O?Rourke, Darla and Bill Ricci, Mike and Stacy Miller, Dewayne Miller, and many other Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
