Betty Edwards

Betty Jean Edwards, age 83, of Leawood, Kansas passed away peacefully January 24, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Betty enjoyed cooking, going to the Lake of the Ozarks, and most of all, spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her Belgian immigrant parents, Hector Osterlinck and Alice Newhouse; three sisters, Gladys, Francis and Katherine. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 63 years, William M. Edwards; two daughters, Cathie Fioramonti and Linda Tate; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Her service will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, January 28th at Cure of Ars Catholic Church, 9401 Mission Road, Leawood, KS 66206, and entombment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery and Mausoleum, where she will be laid to her eternal rest in the Price of Peace Chapel.
