Anna Catherine (Annie) Lindgren, 86, passed away January 9, 2008 at Bishop Spencer Place. Private memorial services. In lieu of cards, flowers, etc. the family suggests raising a glass to toast the good times and/or a contribution to your local animal shelter.
Annie was born April 11, 1921 in Salina, Kansas. She was an avid golfer and Bridge player. She also enjoyed listening to music, singing, playing the piano and watching the Chiefs. Always up for a good party, Annie loved getting together with family and friends for any occasion; Happy Hour being one of her favorites. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Lindgren Jr. Survivors include a son, Fred Lindgren and wife Cindy, Los Angeles, CA; two daughters, Rebecca Baker, Kansas City, MO, Sara Norton and husband Russ, Bailey, CO; a sister, Mary Jared, Abilene, KS; and four grandchildren.
