Alice R. Vance, 85 of Overland Park, KS passed away on June 14, 2011 at Manor Care. Memorial service will be held Saturday June 18, 2011 at 2:00p.m. at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Overland Park Chapel, 8201 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66204.
Alice served as an Employee Benefits Specialist for Safeco Life Insurance Company for 20 years. She was also a professional vocalist in St. Louis for 5 years.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jill Young. Survivors include Cindy Anderson, Matthew and Jennifer Young, Jake Anderson, Jesse Anderson and Great Grandchildren, Madison and Brooklyn Young and extended family, Ray and Diana Young and family.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to a charity of their choice.
