Mrs. Agnes Saunders

Agnes F. Saunders, 85, passed away Saturday, August 16 from bone cancer.
Agnes was born March 22, 1923 in Kansas City, KS to Agnes and Matthew Stubler. She was a resident of Overland Park since 1950. Agnes met her husband, Charles W. Saunders, at the Fairfax Defense Plant and they were married for 65 years.
They have five children: Charles Saunders Jr. and his wife Penny and sons Chuck and David; Patricia Saunders; Donna Hutcheson and her husband Mike and their sons John, Chris and Kevin Scrivo and Mike Hutcheson; Michael Saunders and his wife Susan and their children Jesse, McKayla, Rebecca and Monica; and Phillip Saunders and his children David and Ryann. Agnes also had 10 great grandchildren.
Besides her husband and children, Agnes is survived by five siblings: Angie McDaniel, CA; Gertrude Bondank, KCK; Bernice Ward, Warsaw; Raymond Stubler, Smithville; William Stubler and his wife Karen, Basehor, KS; and many nieces and nephews.
She attended Holy Cross Catholic Church.
